Objective:
Through monitoring and evaluation, MCA-Mongolia can:

• Review the project progress
• Identify problems and support implementation
• Propose adjustments so that the project activities are implemented smoothly
• Assess the implementation performance by focusing on: efficiency, effectiveness and impact

Team:
- M&E Officer and
- M&E Specialist at the MCA-M Administrative unit, and
- one Monitoring and Information Specialist at Health PIU.
